Solar products and installations are often configured to project requirements. Refund eligibility depends on order stage and product condition.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests before manufacturing or dispatch will be reviewed by our sales team. Custom or made-to-order items may be non-refundable.

Email sales@smatree.in with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method where applicable.
